Retained:
This is our highest priority especially when comes to urgent situation or
sensitive case in which confidentiality is vital. We commit ourselves as
your company’s only recruiting resource. Charging fee is computed as
followed:
* One-third to initiate the search process
* One-third upon a candidate accepts the position
* The remainder when candidate starts employment
Contingency:
Candidates we refer to you will be closely screened to match your company’s
requirements. Service fee will be according to contract should you hire the
candidate(s).
